This Privacy Policy explains how HIPER Global handles your Personal Information (defined below) and data that is collected at www.hiper-global.com (the “Site”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, share, use, and protect the information we collect through the Site. The terms “we,” “our” and “us” in this Privacy Policy mean HIPER Global. 1.0 – Information We Collect

1.5.1 – Every time you access our services, some non-Personal Information is automatically collected from you to enhance your experience with our services as well as to improve the design and content our services. When you access or use the Site, we are aware of your usage and may gather, collect, and record the information relating to such usage. For example, when you use the Site, we gather information about the technology to use, including your computer, and your behaviors at the Site. We collect and analyze information related to your computer’s IP address to determine what is most effective about the Site and to help us identify ways to improve and optimize the Site.
2.0 – Tracking Technologies
2.1 – We may use various methods and technologies to store or collect usage information (“Tracking Technologies”). Tracking eechnologies may set, change, alter or modify settings or configurations on your device. A few of the tracking technologies include, without limitation, the following (and subsequent technology and methods later developed):
2.2 – Cookies
2.2.1 – When you use our Site, we may store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a “cookie” or similar file. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive, not on the Site. We use cookies to help you navigate the Site as easily as possible, and to remember information about your current session. These are the session cookies, and they are removed from your system when you close the web browser or turn off the computer. 3.0 – Personal Information We Collect About You
3.1 – We may collect and use the following personal information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonable capable of being associated with, or could be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household:
3.1.1 – Categories of Personal Information: Identifiers (e.g., a real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, account name), Internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement), Geolocation data
3.1.2 – Specific Types of Personal Information Collected: First and last name, company name, email address, and telephone number, IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, clickstream data, cookies, physical location via browser information or IP address
3.2 – This personal information is required to provide services to you and to our customers. If you do not provide the personal information we ask for, it may delay or prevent us from providing services to you.
3.3 – Web Beacons: Small graphic images or other web programming code called web beacons (also known as “1×1 GIFs” or “clear GIFs”) may be included in our Site’s pages and messages. Web beacons may be invisible to you, but any electronic image or other web programming code inserted into a page or e-mail can function as a web beacon. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count visitors to the Site, to monitor how users navigate the Site, to count how many e-mails that were sent were actually opened or to count how many particular articles or links were actually viewed.
3.4 – Embedded Scripts: An embedded script is a programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Site, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your device from our web server or a third-party service provider, is active only while you are connected to the Site and is deactivated or deleted thereafter.
3.5 – Browser Fingerprinting: Collection and analysis of information from your device, such as, without limitation, your operating system, plug-ins, system fonts and other data, for purposes of identification.
3.6 – ETag, or Entity Tag: A feature of the cache in browsers. It is an opaque identifier assigned by a web server to a specific version of a resource found at a URL. If the resource content at that URL ever changes, a new and different ETag is assigned. Used in this manner ETags are a form of device identifier. ETag tracking may generate unique tracking values even where the consumer blocks HTTP, Flash, and/or HTML5 cookies.
3.7 – Recognition Technologies: Technologies, including application of statistical probability to data sets, which attempt to recognize or make assumptions about users and devices (e.g., that a user of multiple devices is the same user).
4.0 – Log information
4.1 – Like most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, device location, and/or clickstream data. We link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about you.
4.2 – We may also collect information about your computer functionality (including browser, operating system, hardware, mobile network information), the URL that referred you to our Site and the areas within our Site that you visit and your activities there, including remembering you and your preferences.
4.3 – One of the third parties we use to collect and track user statistics and trends related to our sites and services is LeadLander, Corp. through its LeadLander product offering (“LeadLander”). LeadLander’s Privacy Policy and how the LeadLander services operate and use data from our sites and services is available at: https://app.leadlander.com/privacy. As part of our use of our Site, we will install cookies onto your computer on behalf of LeadLander. You acknowledge and consent to the placement of such cookies, which will collect data about your use of our Site and services and other sites and services which utilize LeadLander’s services. In addition, if you provide us with Personal Information we may provide this information to LeadLander so they can associate it with the cookie we have installed on your computer which will allow them to identify you on other sites which utilize the LeadLander service and share your information with the third parties who operate those sites.
4.4 – HIPER Global uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google,” www.google.com), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on a user’s computer to help the website analyze how users interact with the sites. The information generated by the cookies will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
4.5 – Google normally anonymizes IP addresses, and only rarely transfers the whole IP address from outside the US to a Google server in the US. In those cases, the IP addresses are shortened upon arrival on Google’s servers. Google uses this information on behalf of HIPER Global to evaluate use of the Site, compile reports on website activity for website operators and provide them with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address that a browser conveys within the scope of Google Analytics will not be associated with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however, please note that doing so may limit the Website’s functionality.
4.6 – Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law, or where third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. 4.7 – By using Google Analytics, HIPER Global aims to provide a faster and more stable service on the Site. Google Analytics allows HIPER Global to optimize the loading times of the Site and better understand how users interact with them. HIPER Global legitimate interest in doing so is to allow improvements to the Site’s performance and to enhance HIPER Global’s services for visitors to the Site.
4.8 – Use of the Site is considered consent to Google processing data in the manner and for the purposes set out in this policy.
4.9 – Users can also opt-out from being tracked by Google Analytics in the future by downloading and installing Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) for their current web browser. This places an opt-out cookie, which prevents the future collection of data when visiting HIPER Global’s (or another) Site. Deactivating individual tracking services (e.g., by setting an opt-out cookie) will impact all affected tracking tags that are part of Google Analytics. Please be aware that opting out may cause some of the Site’s features to be unavailable.

5.0 – Tracking Technologies Choices and Consent
5.1 – We obtain your consent to our information storage or collection tracking technologies by providing you with transparent information in our Privacy Policy and providing you with the opportunity to make a choice to disable cookies as set forth above. Please note that we are not required to obtain your consent to the information collection tracking technologies identified above that are strictly necessary.
5.2 – We are giving you detailed notice of the tracking technologies and your limited choices regarding them so that your consent is meaningfully informed.
6.0 – What Choices Do Website Visitors Have?
6.1 – Users can always choose not to input their information, even though it might be needed to access information about HIPER Global’s services.
6.2 – Users can set browsers to block cookies or erase HIPER Global’s cookies from their computer, though doing so may prevent some aspects of the Site from working properly.
6.3 – Most browsers provide the ability for people to manage cookies to meet their needs. This will place an opt-out cookie, which prevents the future collection of data when visiting HIPER Global’s (or another) Site. This opt-out cookie must be stored permanently on a user’s computer. If a user deletes this opt-out cookie or it is deleted automatically via browser settings, the user will have to install this opt-out cookie again when visiting HIPER Global’s Site in the future.
7.0 – How We Use Your Information
7.1 – Personal Information is processed to:
7.1.1 – Enable the operation of the Site and administer your account.
7.1.2 – Respond to your inquiry.
7.1.3 – Contact you by telephone and/or by email with further information relating to our products or services which you enquired about via the Site. To ensure we offer a good and responsive service, we consider this use to be proportionate and will not be prejudicial or detrimental to you.

7.2 – Note to our Users in the EU
7.2.1 – For HIPER Global to process your Personal Information, as detailed herein, such processing must be justified by a “basis” for processing. Please note that the Personal Information processing activities detailed herein may be justified on the basis that:
7.2.2.1 – The processing is based on your consent – where you provide us with your consent to contact you for marketing purposes or when we use cookies to collect information about your use of the Site, you will be asked to consent to such activities before we can process such information. If you choose not to give us your consent for such processing activities, or if you decide later to remove your consent, this may affect our ability to provide you with the services available on our Site.
7.2.2.2 – The processing is necessary for performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering a contract – usually your Personal Information will be provided to us because you are interested in engaging with HIPER Global for the purchase of our products and services. As such, we rely on this basis for processing activities that are required to enable you to use the Site and to let you know of changes to our Site’s terms of use and this Privacy Policy.
7.2.2.3 – The processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation – we may process your Personal Information for disclosure of information to authorities.
7.2.2.4 – The processing is in our legitimate commercial interests – subject to your interests and fundamental rights, under our legitimate interest in marketing our products and services via the Site and offering the public comfortable and safe access to our Site, we shall perform the Personal Information processing activities described herein, such as the processing of your Personal Information in order to personalize the Site, assisting us to prevent crime and fraud, manage our internal operations, maintaining records and email tracking. 8.0 – Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties
8.1 – HIPER Global respects your privacy and will not disclose, share, rent, or sell your Personal Information to any third party, other than as permitted under this Privacy Policy. HIPER Global does not share your Personal Information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We also may share non-Personal Information, such as aggregated user statistics and browsing behavior information, with third parties.
9.0 – Sharing Information with Third Parties
9.1 – HIPER Global does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.
9.2 – HIPER Global may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your Personal Information is not transferred to the third party. HIPER Global may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your Personal Information except to provide these services to HIPER Global, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
9.3 – In addition to using the information collected by us for the purposes described above, we may also share the information we have collected, including Personal Information, as disclosed at the time you provide the information and as described below or otherwise in this Privacy Policy. HIPER Global may also disclose Personal Information as follows:
9.3.1 – Local Distributors and Sales Representatives: When you provide us with your contact details via the Site or make certain requests for information about HIPER Global products or services, we may transfer your name and contact information to the local distributor, dealer, reseller or sales representative of HIPER Global products and services that is located close to your location, solely in order to enable us to respond to your request. We identify the nearest distributor, dealer or sales representative using the location that you provided us. Please note that we instruct our local distributors, dealers, resellers and sales representatives to maintain appropriate data security safeguards in place and they are contractually restricted from using your Personal Information for any purpose other than in order to offer you HIPER Global’s products and services, and/or in order to respond to any other specific request that HIPER Global has received from you. We note that such distributors, dealers, resellers, and sales representatives may separately ask you to provide your name and contact information for other marketing activities. Any information that you may transfer to them directly will be used by them according to their privacy practices and HIPER Global will not be responsible for their use of such information.
9.3.2 – HIPER Global Personnel: Personal Information that we collect and process may be transferred to or accessed by personnel of HIPER Global for the sole purpose of enabling the operation of the Site and to contact you (as detailed in Section 6 above). Please note that all HIPER Global personnel that will have access to your Personal Information are under an obligation of strict confidentiality with respect to such Personal Information.
9.3.3 – Service Providers: we share Personal Information with vendors, commercial software providers, consultants and data processers who perform services on our behalf, including without limitation, companies that provide analysis, messaging services and services which host the Site. Please note that we collect, hold, and manage your Personal Information through a third party’s cloud-based services, as reasonable for business purposes, which may be in countries outside of your jurisdiction. We may provide these vendors with access to user information, including device identifiers and Personal Information, to conduct the services they are performing for you or for us. Third-party analytics and other service providers may set and access their own tracking technologies on your device and they may otherwise collect or have access to Personal Information. We are not responsible for those third-party technologies or activities arising out of them, nor are we responsible for the effectiveness of or compliance with any third party’s opt-out options.
9.3.4 – In addition, we may share Personal Information in the following cases: (a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request; (b) to enforce this Privacy Policy or any other agreement or terms of service between you and HIPER Global, and to defend against any claims or demands asserted against us by you or on your behalf; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of HIPER Global, its users or the general public; (e) when HIPER Global is undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, consolidation, restructuring ,acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of the assets of HIPER Global (while such acquired company or investor may be located in countries outside of your jurisdiction) including, during the course of any due diligence process; and (g) pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure, in which case all information you disclose will be subject to the third-party privacy policies and practices of such third parties.
9.4 – For avoidance of doubt, HIPER Global may transfer and disclose non-Personal Information to third parties at its discretion including without limitation for statistical, analytical and research purposes and for customization, developing and improvement of our Site.
9.5 – The Site may contain content that is supplied by a third party, such as YouTube, and those third parties may collect usage information and your device identifier when pages from the Site are served to you. In addition, when you are on the Site you may be directed to other services that are operated and controlled by third parties that we do not control. We are not responsible for the data collection and privacy practices employed by any of these third parties or their services and they may be tracking you across multiple sites and may be sharing the results of that tracking with us and/or others. For example, if you “click” on a link, the “click” may take you off the Site onto a different site. These other sites may associate their tracking technologies with you, independently collect data about you or others, including Personal Information, and may or may not have their own published privacy policies. We encourage you to note when you leave our Site and to review the third-party privacy policies of all third-party websites and exercise caution in connection with them.
9.6 – Your Rights
9.6.1 – HIPER Global acknowledges you have the right to access and change the Personal Information we collect and process. 9.7 – Note to our Users in the EU
9.7.1 – We hereby inform you of the following rights (by virtue of EU law), in respect of your Personal Information:
9.7.1.1 – Right to access: you may have the right to request a review of your Personal Information held by HIPER Global. We may refuse to comply with your access request if the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive in nature.
9.7.1.2 – Right to rectification: if the Personal Information processed by HIPER Global is incorrect, incomplete, or not processed in compliance with applicable law or this Privacy Policy, you may have the right to have your Personal Information rectified.
9.7.1.3 – Right to erasure: under certain conditions, you may be entitled to request that HIPER Global delete or “block” your Personal Information (e.g., if the continued processing of that data is not justified).
9.7.1.4 – Right to portability: you may have the right to transfer your Personal Information between data controllers (i.e., to transfer your Personal Information to another entity). The right to data portability only applies where your Personal Information is processed by us with your consent or for the performance of a contract and when processing is conducted by automated means.
9.7.1.5 – Right to object to or withdraw consent: where that lawful basis for processing your Personal Information is either “public interest” or “legitimate interests”, those lawful bases are not absolute, and you may have a right to object to such processing. Where you object on grounds of legitimate interest, we shall no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. If the processing of your Personal Information is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to such processing at any time.

9.8.1 – Your rights under the CCPA – you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and certain other privacy and data protection laws, as applicable, to exercise free of charge:

Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent.
Enable solely internal uses that are aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us.
Comply with an existing legal obligation or otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
9.8.1.4 – Protection against discrimination
You have the right to not be discriminated against by us because you exercised any of your rights under the CCPA. This means we cannot, among other things:

10.0 – Location of Your Data
10.1 – The information collected from you by HIPER Global, as detailed in this Privacy Policy, may be transferred to, and stored at, servers which may be located in countries outside of your jurisdiction (as for now, Israel) but in a country that is considered to offer an adequate level of protection under your local laws. It may also be processed by HIPER Global and its suppliers, service providers or partners’ staff operating outside your country.
10.2 – HIPER Global is committed to protecting your Personal Information and will take appropriate steps to ensure that your Personal Information is processed and stored securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws, as detailed in this Privacy Policy. Such steps include putting in place data transfer agreements or ensuring our third-party service providers comply with HIPER Global data transfer protection measures.
10.3 – Note to our Users in the EU
