HIPER Global Announces Strategic Acquisition of EPS Tech
TEL AVIV, ISRAEL – March 30, 2026 – HIPER Global, a leader in the design and supply of computing solutions for technology companies developing computer-based products worldwide, announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of EPS Tech, an Israeli-based specialist in embedded computing systems.
Transaction Details
The acquisition is valued at an initial company valuation of NIS 60 million. The agreement includes an additional earn-out mechanism of up to NIS 42 million, contingent upon performance milestones over the next four years. HIPER Global intends to fund the acquisition through its existing internal resources. Following the acquisition, EPS Tech will continue to operate as an independent business entity, led by its current management team and employees.
