HIPER Global Expands European Presence with Acquisition of BRESSNER Technology GmbH
TEL AVIV, ISRAEL – December 31, 2025 – HIPER Global today announced the completion of its strategic acquisition of BRESSNER Technology GmbH, a Germany-based advanced computing provider. HIPER Global has acquired 100% of the company’s shares for a total consideration of approximately $20 million.
Based in Munich, Germany, BRESSNER Technology is an established provider of advanced computing systems in Europe, specializing in the manufacturing, development, and distribution of advanced industrial and embedded solutions. BRESSNER Technology employs over 40 staff and serves a broad base of large European enterprise customers.
Financial Highlights
In the first nine months of 2025, BRESSNER Technology demonstrated solid financial performance, generating approximately $24.9 million in revenue, a gross margin of 24.6%, and an operating profit of approximately $2.1 million. Please see the table below for more information.
Strategic Rationale
The acquisition strengthens HIPER Global’s European footprint and establishes a scalable operational platform to support long-term growth across the region. By leveraging BRESSNER Technology’s strategic location, established infrastructure, and existing client base, HIPER Global aims to expand its service and delivery capabilities for global customers operating in Europe.

Transaction Funding
The acquisition was funded through a combination of HIPER Global’s own resources and a long-term bank loan of approximately €16 million. The loan is repayable over up to 8 years and bears variable interest linked to Euribor rates.
